Everything your first investors and customers will touch.

A launch-ready product is the first real version of your product, what most people call an MVP, built properly. Small enough to ship fast, complete enough that investors can click through it, customers can pay for it, and early adopters can use it every day. Here's exactly what that includes.

One product, three audiences.

Your launch-ready product has to hold up in front of three very different people. We scope and build for all of them.

Investors

They want proof, not promises.

  • A live product on your domain they can sign up for themselves
  • Real usage numbers from analytics built in on day one
  • A clean codebase in your name that holds up to a technical review

Early customers

They want it to work the first time.

  • Sign up that takes a minute, on their phone or laptop
  • Payments that go through and receipts that arrive
  • A clear way to reach you when something goes wrong

Early adopters

They'll forgive rough edges, not broken ones.

  • The core workflow, solid from start to finish
  • Invite-only or waitlist access, so you control who gets in
  • A way to send feedback from inside the product

What's included.

Every launch-ready product is scoped to your idea, so the features on top change from project to project. These foundations don't.

Accounts and sign in

  • Sign up and log in with email, phone OTP or Google
  • Email verification and password reset
  • Roles, so admins, staff and customers each see the right things
  • Invite-only or waitlist access for a controlled launch

Your core product

  • The one to three workflows that prove your idea, built end to end
  • A real database with real data, no mock screens
  • Works on phones, tablets and desktops
  • Native Android and iOS apps when your idea needs them, scoped up front

Payments

  • Razorpay, Stripe or the gateway that fits your market
  • One-time payments, subscriptions, or both
  • Automatic receipts and payment status your team can see
  • Money goes straight to your account, not ours

Admin panel

  • Your users, orders and activity in one place
  • Change content, prices and plans without calling a developer
  • Handle refunds, support requests and account issues
  • Export your data when an accountant or investor asks

Emails and notifications

  • Welcome, verification and password emails
  • Payment receipts and important alerts
  • Sent from your own domain and set up to land in the inbox

Analytics

  • Sign ups, activation and repeat usage tracked from day one
  • The numbers investors ask about, ready before the meeting
  • Dashboards in your own analytics account

Security and reliability

  • HTTPS everywhere and properly hashed passwords
  • Access rules, so users only ever see their own data
  • Automated database backups
  • Error monitoring, so bugs get caught before users report them

Launch

  • Deployed on your domain, with separate staging and production
  • A landing page that explains the product and collects sign ups
  • Pages ready for your privacy policy and terms
  • Basic SEO and link previews for social sharing

Ready for due diligence.

Sooner or later an investor will ask someone technical to look under the hood. A launch-ready product is built so that review goes well.

  • The code lives in your GitHub, and the IP is yours.
  • Cloud, domain, payment and email accounts are all in your company's name.
  • A mainstream, well documented stack, so any engineer you hire later can pick it up.
  • Tests on the parts that handle money and logins.
  • Written docs: how it's built, how to run it, and how to deploy it.
  • No lock-in to us. You can take it to another team the day after handover.

What a launch-ready product is not.

Being clear about this up front saves everyone time and money.

Not your whole roadmap

We build what proves the idea, and write down the rest as your next release.

Not built for a million users on day one

It's built for your first hundred customers, on a foundation that can grow past them.

Not a clickable mockup

If something is on the screen, it works.

Not a black box

You see progress every week and own everything at the end.

How a launch-ready product gets built.

  1. Pitch call

You get: An honest read on the idea and what your launch-ready product should include.

  2. Scope and design

You get: A written scope, screens you can click through, and a price or equity split.

  3. Build

You get: A demo every week and a staging link you can share with advisors.

  4. Launch and handover

You get: The live product, your code, your accounts, the docs and a full walkthrough.

Short on cash? Let's talk equity.

Most founders have more conviction than capital. So there are three ways to pay for your launch-ready product, and here's how we decide which one fits.

Cash + Equity

CashReduced fee
Base cost
EquitySmall stake

Illustration only, not real percentages. The base cost is what it actually takes to build the thing, and no deal goes under it.

A fixed fee and a clear scope, with full ownership from day one.

  • You have the budget upfront, from savings, revenue or a raise.
  • You want to keep 100% of the company and a clean cap table.
  • You pay milestone by milestone against a fixed scope.

A lower fee in exchange for a small stake in what you're building.

  • You're low on cash but can cover part of the fee.
  • You're comfortable giving up a small stake for the rest.
  • The equity part can be a SAFE, so there's no valuation to fight over this early.

For ideas we truly believe in, most of our fee becomes equity.

  • You don't have the cash to fund the build right now.
  • You pay a small base price that only covers our bare running costs, like the tools and subscriptions the build needs.
  • We have real confidence in both you and the product. That is the only case where we say yes to this.

We never ask for founder level equity. It stays a minority stake, because you are the founder and the company should stay yours to run. Beyond that, nothing is set in stone. Every deal is negotiable, and equity is negotiated case by case, where we believe in the idea as much as you do.
