Every milestone runs the same cycle, and the cycle repeats until the project is done.
Scope
We agree in writing what gets built and split it into milestones. Each has a deliverable you can see and test, a date and a price.
Build
A demo every week and a staging link, so you see progress between milestones, not only at the end.
Review
You check the work against the agreed scope. If something is missing, we fix it before we move on.
Pay and continue
Payment is tied to delivered milestones, then the next one starts. Project work is paid in cash only. We don't take equity for it. You can pause between milestones and keep everything delivered so far.
